How we work.
Reliability
We care as much about how a product works behind the scenes as how it looks. We consider our decisions carefully, working towards a clear, consistent foundation that we can confidently build on.
Clarity and simplicity
Solving a complex problem doesn't have to create a complex experience. We aim to remove unnecessary steps and distracting details, designing products that let people focus comfortably on what they came to do.
Continuous improvement
We don't treat the first solution as the final word. We reconsider our ideas as we learn, keep what works well and return to the details that need attention. Care should continue through every stage of a product.
